A memorial to the White Rose Movement - a nonviolent student group who opposed the Nazis and spoke out against their policies.  This memorial commemorates the seven fliers produced by the group urging the people of Germany to reject the Nazis and oppose their policies.  The students were caught distributing the seventh flier by a janitor in this building; they were put on trial in the Justizpalast (above) and eventually executed.

Another memorial to the White Rose Movement in Ludwig Maximilian University's main building.
